How to Request a Custom Printing Quote
To request a quote, simply fill out the form on our Custom Prints page.Then, select and provide all your print requirements — including size, paper or canvas type, quantity, and any special instructions. Additionally, the more detail you include, the more accurate and tailored your quote will be.
How do I receive the quote, and how long is it valid for?
Quote Delivery Time & Validity Period
Once your request is submitted, we’ll email you a custom order link within 1 business day. This includes your personalised quote and all order details for review. To avoid delays, please double-check your email address and remember to check your spam or junk folder if the message doesn’t appear. If you don’t receive it, feel free to reach out at support@fineartprintingstudio.com.au. Lastly, your order link remains valid for 7 days, allowing you time to consider and complete the order at your convenience.

Privacy & Copyright
Customers are fully responsible for the copyright ownership of any uploaded artwork. Therefore, by submitting files, you confirm that you have the legal right to reproduce them.
In order to ensure your privacy and protection, all files are stored securely in offline storage and are used solely for fulfilling your order. Furthermore, once your prints are delivered, we permanently delete your files after 7 days, and a confirmation email will be sent. For more details, please also refer to our Privacy Policy page.
