1. Overview

At Fine Art Printing Studio, we ensure your orders are securely packaged and delivered safely. We utilize Australia Post eParcel Service, which offers reliable parcel delivery across Australia.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (Australia-Wide)

We offer both standard and express shipping options across Australia, fulfilled via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the origin and destination, public holidays, or carrier-related delays. You will receive full tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

For time-sensitive orders shipping to addresses outside the Melbourne metropolitan area, you may leave a note at checkout or contact us at support@fineartprintingstudio.com.au or 0438 724 931 (text or WhatsApp only). Our team will be happy to upgrade your order to Australia Post Express shipping at no additional cost, where possible.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping by default.

International orders may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm shipping options and costs.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are auto calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and delivery location. Final shipping fees will be shown before payment confirmation.

Certain products may include flat rate shipping, and we periodically offer free shipping promotions based on cart value. When applicable, these offers are automatically applied at checkout.

3. Delivery Address Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a valid residential, business, or PO Box address that is supported by Australia Post. Addresses must meet the following criteria:

• Must be deliverable via the Australia Post network

• Include correct street details, suburb, state, and postcode

• Avoid incomplete or vague entries at checkout

We recommend using Australia Post’s Address & Postcode Finder to verify your address if unsure.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is delayed, lost, or returned, the customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred — including reshipping fees.

4. Signature on Delivery

All orders require a signature on delivery, except for PO Box address. 

5. Undeliverable & Returned Shipments

đźš« The studio is not responsible for any undelivered or returned parcels arising from incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel. The order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be provided.

If a returned parcel is received by the studio under these circumstances, the following conditions will apply:

âś… Reshipping fees if they wish to have the order resent within 90 days

âś… Any additional costs incurred due to the failed delivery or return process

âś… Returned prints will be held by the studio for up to 90 days in their original packaging

âś… Within this 90-day period, customers must email the studio with a valid residential, business, or PO Box address supported by Australia Post to arrange reshipment, subject to payment of the applicable reshipping fees

🚫 After 90 days, any unclaimed returned prints will be destroyed and will no longer be available for resend. 

🚫 Orders resent after being returned to the studio are not covered under the studio’s Reprint Guarantee.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages

Once an order has been dispatched, Fine Art Printing Studio is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by:

đźš« Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

đźš« Carrier delays due to weather, public holidays, or operational issues

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us atđź“§ support@fineartprintingstudio.com.au, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
